this demo is super special to me.

I wrote this song during quarantine and surprisingly enough, it kind of birthed our debut record “Slime”. It was really fresh in my mind as we kept writing even though I didn’t know if it was even worth it to record, but at the time my friend mike @rangelifeband had just started recording at @dimm_studios and this was literally the first thing he recorded there. This song was fresh in my mind and i was going through a lot at the time and just for fun we decided to track it without realizing how special this specific recording of it is. No pressure, no overthinking, just feeling. If i’m being transparent, this is the version of the song that i had wanted to come out in the first place but we ultimately decided that the slime version fit better for the record. I’m really proud of this recording and this song and if it didn’t resonate with you when you had previously listened to the record version of it, maybe listen to the demo and it will feel a little different :-) maybe not who cares! Its out now so stream it hate it steal it love it ❤️
